His-Story
 
What started as a Methodist Church in 1837 has become the facility of a grass roots movement of a powerful Assembly of God  Church with a vibrant vision.

In 1993 a small band of people led by Pastor Terry Scott met in a Lutheran Church building in Parlin, NJ.  Soon realizing their need for their own building they purchased a small facility in Cliffwood.

In 2003 the Lord initiated a leadership change. Pastor Kirk Cunningham was directed by the Holy Spirit to take over the Pastoral Role.

In 2005, a heavenly vision was granted and now being gloriously fulfilled!
HTWC desires to follow Jesus in His plan to call and equip believers to be the rescuing, redeeming, and restoring body of Christ in our area, our state, our nation, and the nations of the World.
